Company and Protocol Updates 

This month marks a momentous milestone for the SKALE ecosystem. For the first time, users can now stake their native SKL tokens from within the My Ether Wallet mobile app. Our amazing partners, MEW, have integrated with Blockdaemon to bring this mobile staking experience to life. Acala Announces Liquid Staking Validator Program in Partnership with Blockdaemon. As the first partner in Acala’s Liquid Staking Validator Program, Blockdaemon has started running validators for the KSM Liquid Staking pool to provide multiple layers of risk mitigation while supporting the secure growth of Acala and Karura. Blockdaemon also provides the KSM Liquid Staking pool participants low commissions (2%) and a no-slash guarantee meaning users are insured if a node malfunction occurs.

We started the process of rolling out Ubiquity HA Clusters across supported protocols, starting with Ethereum.  Our Ubiquity HA Clusters provide you with a consistent, scalable, single, cross-blockchain API service. Messari’s Mainnet 2021 was a huge success. The Blockdaemon team had the chance to link up with one another and connect with business partners outside of the company. In addition, Blockdaemon hosted a panel featuring Konstantin, Aya Kantorovich (FalconX), Jack O’Holleran (SKALE Labs), Sarah Olsen (J.P. Morgan), Oli Harris (Goldman Sachs), and Jesus Rodriguez (IntoTheBlock). If you didn’t get the chance to see the panel live, check it out HERE!

Deploying a Node

Creating a Blockdaemon account is free, quick, and easy. Just a few clicks and you’re well on your way to purchase and deploy your first Node! 

Step 1 Go to blockdaemon.com and click Sign Up.

Step 2 Once you are logged into your Blockdaemon dashboard, click the Deploy a Node button.

From within the app, you’ll find easy-to-read metrics and connection info right on your node card.
