Algorand provides a form, from your registration URL to complete your nodes’ registration on the MainNet: https://eb.algorand.foundation/nodereg/2DRE7……/

The node endpoint can be obtained from your node dashboard at app.blockdaemon.com.  Log in and go to the Algorand node and copy the endpoint at bottom left.

To get telemetry data for nodes, take the node name & GUID from the config:

​cat ~<span class="hljs-regexp">/.algorand/</span>logging.config
