What are the staking requirements and minimums?

Staking with Blockdaemon rewards you with a percentage yield on your staked assets and the requirements and minimums varies depending on the protocol.

For example, if you are looking to stake Ethereum/ETH, you will need to stake in a minimum of 32ETH tokens. If you are looking to stake Polkadot/DOT, you will need to stake a minimum of 160DOT tokens. ETH and DOT are both protocols that have relatively high minimum requirements.
