Compound LogoCompound

Blockdaemon offers full node support for Compound, an emerging decentralized finance (DeFi) Ethereum project, that’s built for developers to unlock the potential of open financial applications.

One of the key features of Compound is the ease of lending and borrowing. Compound tokenizes the assets locked in their system through the use of cTokens (compound tokens), allowing users to deposit cryptocurrency into lending pools for access by borrowers. Lenders can then easily earn interest on the assets they deposit.
