Which tier is right for me?

Free: Ideal for testing. Get started with a free key to trial our products across all protocols before you sign up for a paid plan.

Starter: Ideal for blockchain enthusiasts, the Starter plan offers up to 65 million compute units per month, supporting up to 100 requests per second. It includes weekday 8/5 support. You can choose from our indexed data Experience or buy individual products and create your own custom bundle.

Growth: Designed for scaling teams, this plan boosts your capacity to 365 million compute units monthly and doubles the request rate to 200 per second. It comes with 24/7 weekday support and an identical key allocation as the Starter tier. You can choose from our indexed data Experience or buy individual products and create your own custom bundle.

Enterprise: For institutions demanding the highest level of service, the Enterprise option provides custom usage and pricing. It extends over 400 million compute units, over 400 requests per second, round-the-clock dedicated support every day and an institutional grade Service Level Agreement. Our Enterprise Tier enables you to enjoy the full benefits of the entire API suite with no product restrictions.

What protocols do you support?

For detailed information on the protocols we support, please refer to our documentation.

What if I exceed my plan limit?

The paid plans allow you the ability to auto-scale i.e. if you exceed your plan limit, you can continue accessing the API on your current plan if you have auto-scaling turned on at a pre-defined unit rate per tier.

If you are on a Starter or Growth plan, please go to the Subscription Page from the Side Navigation Panel. Currently, you can only enable or disable the auto-scaling feature by editing your plan. You will need to click on the “Edit” button next to the Plan Details and scroll down to the Enable Auto-scaling usage section on the Checkout page.

Can I upgrade or downgrade / switch plans at any time?

Yes. If you are on a Starter or Growth plan, you can upgrade your subscription by adding a product or more Compute Units by editing your current plan. Please go to the Subscription Page from the Side Navigation Panel, and click on the “Edit” button next to the Plan Details.

Once you’ve added a product or more Compute Units, please click on the “Update Subscription” button on the Subscription Summary Panel. We will confirm with you about the subscription changes as well as the monthly charges changes. Please note that you will be billed a pro-rated charge at Checkout for the new configuration for the remaining days in the current billing cycle. To downgrade your plan, contact support.

If you are on an Enterprise Plan, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription by contacting support.

When do I get billed?

You will get billed on the 1st of every month. Your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel it. If you signed up for a subscription or upgraded your subscription mid-month, you will be billed a pro-rated charge at Checkout for the new configuration for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.

Where can I see my invoices?

To see your past invoices, please go to the Subscription page from the Side Navigation Panel, and scroll down to the Billing History section. You can see the billing date, total amount billed, and payment status under the Billing History section. You can also download the Receipt of each bill from here.

How do I update my payment details?

To update your payment details, please go to the Subscription page from the Side Navigation Panel, and scroll down to the Payment Method section. You will see the default payment method (including the last four digits and the expiry date) used to get billed for the monthly subscription. You can update your payment details by clicking on the Update button on the right side of the section. You will then be able to update your payment methods via Stripe’s Checkout widget.
