Daemon Day During TOKEN2049 Singapore
Daemon Day, a Blockdaemon summit, was a great success bringing together hundreds key decision makers in the blockchain and web3 ecosystems. The event was made possible with the support of key partners, including AWS and Zodia Custody, and was further supported by Liquid Collective, M2, Mu Digital, Titanium Ventures, and Xangle. Key insights focused on Reassessing Restaking Risks - how institutional stakers and node operators can evaluate AVSs and LRTs, VCs and Staking - The Next Market-Defining Trends, and Interoperability and Scalability in Blockchain.

Mary Shann, Senior Director of Strategic Operations, and Andrew Howell, VP of Engineering, delivered insightful presentations on their respective panels, titled “From Isolated Chains to an Interconnected Future” and “Are We in an Infrastructure Bubble?” Their discussions highlighted key industry trends and challenges in blockchain technology.
Additionally, Freddy Zwanger, Ethereum Ecosystem Lead, served as the moderator for the “Future of AVS: Restaking in a Modular Blockchain Ecosystem” panel, held at HashKey Space 2024.
