Reactivating your nodes is an easy process. Follow the 2-step method below:
The restore function will only be present until the end of the paid-for billing cycle. The node will cease to exist with no payment after the billing cycle ends.
For example, You have a node paid for until Oct 31 but cancel on Oct 14. You can restore the node if you change your mind on Oct 25. However, If you change your mind on Nov 10, you cannot restore it.
Blockdaemon accepts all major credit and debit cards. For node purchases, the payment recurs monthly.
If there is a problem with your credit card, your payment might be in pending mode after spinning up your node.
You can try running the card again (after contacting your bank) or using another card. If you are still experiencing issues after attempting to try another card, please contact support via email or chat, and we'll be able to assist you.
Note: If you have billing set up and active for other nodes in your account - when you change a card for a new node purchase, it will change all your current billings to the new card.
Yes - you can add additional users to our Workspace accounts. Here are the steps to do so:
Note: There are two types of Blockdaemon accounts (Personal and Workspace) and adding users is only available for Workspace accounts.
When a user is removed from a Workspace account, any nodes that the user created as part of that organization will be set to cancel at the next renewal date. The nodes are not accessible by the removed person, so the user cannot access details or control the subscription.
You can update and view your payment and billing information in Blockdaemon account settings. Please see below for step-by-step instructions.
Note: For Workspace accounts, you must be the owner on the account to view or edit Payment and Billing information.

The Blockdaemon Tokenization API supports the management of tokens, such as ERC-1404 and ERC-3643 tokens.
Key Benefits of Tokenization include:
ERC-1404 and ERC-3643 token standards are Ethereum token standards optimized for institutional use. The Blockdaemon Tokenization API supports both of these standards.
Tokenization ensures instant, 24/7 settlements. It transforms the investment markets and makes asset ownership more accessible.
Manual and complicated procedures can be automated via smart contracts. With tokenization, these contracts remove middlemen, simplify financial workflows, and ensure quick settlements while following regulations. It also leads to lower transaction costs.
Learn more about the Tokenization API here.
Blockdaemon APIs simplify and streamline institutional cryptocurrency staking and provide scalable blockchain access to more than a dozen top protocols through standard and consistent API endpoints. You can use the Blockdaemon APIs to query blockchain data and broadcast transactions without operating or managing nodes.
Below is a list of the Blockdaemon APIs:
Staking API
The Blockdaemon Staking API allows developers to interact with blockchain networks and perform various staking-related operations in a unified interface. It provides a simple, programmatic way to interact with multiple blockchain networks and supports multiple blockchain networks accessible via RESTful API endpoints.
With the Staking API, you can quickly and easily build and deploy applications that automate staking activities and increase efficiency in your blockchain operations. The API allows you to access validator status, rewards, performance, and other relevant metrics and information.
