Partnerships

Since the start of 2020 we've been seeing the blockchain stack become more interoperable and integrating protocols, node operations, custodians, and exchanges. This streamlining of services is a massive benefit to users and especially our customers as we've been at the core of the integrations. To support our efforts, we added a few strategic partners as investors: Fenbushi Capital, Blockchain.com and SPiCE VC.

Fenbushi Capital is the first China-based venture capital firm that invests exclusively in Blockchain-based companies. Its mission is to accelerate the unstoppable future of the blockchain economy. Fenbushi Capital has invested in over 50 high-quality blockchain projects worldwide, aiming to bring more transparency, efficiency, and robustness into the global economy.

Blockchain.com is connecting the world to the future of finance. They are the most trusted and fastest growing crypto company, helping millions across the globe – from single individuals to the largest institutions – have an easy and safe way to access cryptocurrency. Through the use of blockchain technology, Blockchain is revolutionizing the $14T financial services industry. Blockchain has raised over $70 million in funding from leading investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners and Google Ventures.

SPiCE is tokenizing the world. SPiCE VC invests in ICOs and their infrastructure. By being the first entity in the world to tokenize its own securities on a globally regulation-compliant platform, SPiCE not only delivers liquidity to its own investors, but also leads the way in the second wave of ICOs – the reinvention of ownership and tokenization of over a trillion dollars of illiquid assets.

________________________________________________New Releases

Tooling development starts with the first node, so we are happy to partner with the likes of Coda, Hyperledger (supporting Besu and Fabric), Polkadot, Tezos, Harmony, Oasis Labs, Celo, Dapper Labs, OAN and more. We will be announcing a handful of new projects in the coming weeks. Grants we receive from these projects go towards open-sourcing deployment scripts and monitoring plug-ins that are infrastructure agnostic.

Launch nodes on the lightest blockchain and protocol that is tailored to hobbyist node operators and those looking to build their own staking-as-a-service startup. With energy efficient consensus and constant sized blockchain, Coda lowers hardware requirements to make it easy for nodes to participate.

Contact us to learn more about launching nodes on Coda.

Hyperledger Besu brings permissioning schemes to Ethereum, providing an enterprise-friendly client. Hyperledger Besu supports multiple consensus algorithms including PoW and PoA (IBFT, IBFT 2.0, Etherhash and Clique) as well as multiple testnets.

Contact us to launch on Besu.

Besides supporting more protocols (70 node types out of the box, 30+ protocols), we launched our marketplace inclusive of Custody Solutions, including Anchorage and Coinbase Custody, and Add-Ons–currently our own Data API, Ubiquity. We have API integrations which can also be added for custodians not listed.

Reach out to request more information.

Use the most advanced Qualified Custodian for institutional investors in crypto. Anchorage offers a single modern platform for custody, trading, staking, governance, and more.

Coinbase Custody operates as a standalone, independently-capitalized business to Coinbase, Inc. Connect with the first custodian to offer staking with safe, offline storage of assets.

Ubiquity, the Blockdaemon API for reading blockchain data, supports multiple protocols with a single, standardized REST API interface. Check out our documentation for more details.

Monitoring nodes can be problematic, so we're making it easier! Now live on our platform, new & existing Algorand and Stellar nodes have load, disk & memory metrics, block height & software version. More metrics and protocols are being updated in the coming weeks!

Tezos Package Manager by Blockdaemon

Blockdaemon provides blockchain infrastructure and node management services for developers and enterprises. With this grant, the Blockdaemon team will create a CLI-based application that is capable of downloading, configuring, and running a Tezos node. The application will be plugin-based so that it can be easily extended for a wide variety of use cases.

TRUSTLESS 2020

Our CEO, Konstantin Richter, discussed multiple topics centered around profiles of stakers, network custodians, and ways that you can participate in these networks at Trust-Less 2020. Check out the recordings below:

We are also participating in staking competition "The Quest" from Oasis Labs.  With the release of “The Quest” the Oasis Labs team has given the public a chance to test the network ahead of its mainnet and participate in the staking competition. See more here.

We will be attending these events in March–Boston Blockchain Week, Bitcoin 2020–and we'd love to get together!
